If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason within 31 days of receiving your product, please contact our customer service representatives at CX@thediscoedit.com and we will work with you to come to a positive resolution.
Can I return a product if I have not used it?
Yes, returns and exchanges are excepted within 31 days of receiving your product shipment. We’ve all been there -sometimes a return is necessary. No biggie. Please contact our customer support at CX@thediscoedit.com and we will be happy to help you process the return or exchange! Please kindly note, we do not cover the cost of the return of unwanted products but if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us, as we're happy to help.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds will take 3-7 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method. After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we'll let you know via email.
